Terms and Agreement:

1. The player or third-party registrant understands that the Player’s ability to participate in the tournament is conditioned upon compliance with the tournament general rules and that the above-described Player must appear in person to complete the registration process. The Loose Cannon Club reserves the right to refuse any entry in to the Tournament in its sole and absolute discretion.

2. Non-members of the Loose Cannon Club must pre-register at least 48 hours in advance of your selected dates for tournament play.

3. Any player understands that UK OPEN tournament play is being filmed for international television broadcast at a later date. Players grant permission to New Vision Media and the National Poker League the rights to film and broadcast their image and likeness on any televised program of the UK OPEN 2007.

4. Any Person or entity playing a registration fee for himself, herself or on behalf of another player warrants and affirms that he/she/it is not engaged in illegal activity and that no funds derived from such activity will be used to pay the registration fee.

5. Prior to entering and playing in the Tournament each participant must execute a player release form. Failure to do so may, at the option of the Loose Cannon Club subject the player to immediate disqualification at any point in the Tournament. Please note that the NPL UK OPEN will be filmed for television broadcast.

6. The deposit is non-refundable as determined by the Loose Cannon Club in its sole and absolute discretion.
